The exhibitor’s area will be located at the heart of the Don and Marion McDougall Hall at the University of Prince Edward Island, in a large, open space ("Market Square") and corridor ("Market Street") adjacent to food service and conference sessions - see Flickr Slideshow below. Attendees are invited to circulate during all break times, as well as during dedicated, non-conflict times. Additional information about McDougall Hall is available on the UPEI website.

Tables are 6ft long, and exhibitors will be provided with wireless internet access and table skirting. No back pipe-and-drape will be provided with exhibit space.

APLA will not be providing exhibitor badges, and invites exhibitors to bring their own identification for the conference. Breaks will be covered for exhibitors as part of the catering arrangement. Lunches can be purchased from the dining hall in the Wanda Wyatt building.
If you would like to attend the conference banquet, tickets can be purchased from the registration committee. Please contact Cindy MacDonald at cinmacdonald@upei.ca.
